Security Can Medipal damage my cell phone in any way? - No. Who can see the answers on my questions? - Only your doctor/nurses and technical personnel from Novatelligence, all whom have strict medical confidentiality. Medipal uses a secure (encrypted) communication for all information sent from your cell phone. No mobile coverage What happens if my mobile phone doesn't have coverage? - The answers will then be saved in the cell phone and when you have coverage again they will be sent. Abroad Does Medipal work abroad? - Yes, in most cases. However, it can be more expensive to send data traffic depending on the country you are visiting. If you want to know the exact price you need to call your mobile operator and ask how much "data traffic" costs between Sweden and the country you are visiting. Cost How much does it cost to use Medipal? - To start Medipal it costs the price of a text message (SMS) and approximately 0,10 (SEK) for downloading the Medipal program. Once Medipal is installed on your mobile phone you will be charged a transfer cost of approximately 0,02 (SEK) for each time you answer your questions. Remember that the cost can be higher if you are visiting another country.
